ABOUT RUN FOR JESUS
The Run for Jesus Rally is a Christian evangelical and ecumenical event held on Holy Saturday, the day between Good Friday and Easter, to publicly proclaim the message of Jesus Christ's death and resurrection, with the necessary permission from the local government.
This rally brings together members of various churches within a locality, fostering unity and spiritual fervour. Participants, including youth, families, church leaders, and bikers, take to the streets running, walking, or riding along designated routes proclaiming the Easter message:
"Jesus has risen! Indeed, He has risen!"
The event features live music, vibrant banners, and enthusiastic participation, drawing public, media, and government attention to the significance of Easter and the Christian faith.
Ultimately, the Run for Jesus Rally serves as a public witness of faith, a demonstration of Christian unity, and an outreach initiative, ensuring that the message of Easter resonates across streets, towns, and cities.
